Yankee x Quinn

I'm a bit excited :)

I have a perfect 3 week vacation from agility, think she'll come in soon enough that I can get her bred in Canada, and get back in time to show Beam at Albany? I hope so!

This is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO exciting!!! I'm over the moon excited. I get to come down and see yes??? and TOUCH????

Red... hmmmmmm

Does Yankee have any red factors? Or all merle b/w?

I don't know much about this stuff, but Quinn is handsome!

All colors are possible, including tri's and bi's. Yankee's Mom was a red merle, so she is red factored. Yankee is going to throw me 3 red merle females to pick from ;)

You will be EXPECTED to come visit.

Yes, I have been fawning over Quinn for about a year, and talking to Irene about him sealed the deal. Looking forward to going up to her place to spend a few days getting to know him better.

I'm super psyched about the pedigree too - lots of working championships... :)

EEK :)

oooh, true! Pretty great that you get to see his personality. This is so damn exciting.

I will come, several times, but you have to PROMISE to not let me fall in love. :)

I've been waiting for about 10 years, when I got Dixie, for this, so yeah, I'm thrilled!

No promises about falling in love, but you may have another puppy?! ;)

Very cool! Is she in season now? Are both pedigrees on Patrick's site?

She's due anytime .. she came in last year the last week of March. Quinn is not on Patrick's site, but his brother Queue is (name is Line Them Up For Justus). :)

Oh, aussie puppies - they don't come any cuter than that! I'm assuming there will be gobs of pictures!

So very true! I will be taking gobs of pics, but I may need some professional photographers to come down and visit and cuddle and take great pics ;)

That's exciting! Will there be tails?

Honestly I haven't decided. Every reason for and against is a solid reason for me, and the only reason I'd leave them on is if I thought there was a possibility I could get an aussie to qualify for WT. So .. yeah, not sure :)

That would be a hard decision. There is such a difference in what working and performance people want in terms of docked/tailed. Maybe there will be some natural bobs! :-)

And honestly, I don't really care what everyone else wants. My current potential puppy buyers except for 2 will take either (ironically the 2 are one for and one against, ha). Bah, very hard. Natural bobs I will dock - I can't stand the 6" goofy tails ;)
