Sit stay training
I'm so excited to put Lucero in Tammy's sit stay training class! It's something I've always struggled with him, and I truly believe it's the key to all of his issues. No pressure Tammy ;) The cool thing about where I'm at with Lu, is he gets to be who he is. I'll keep finding ways to connect with him, and boy do I love that dog. If we never get another agility title, I'm okay with that. Everything is just icing on the cake.
I didn't want to derail the class though with Monkey's awesomeness. Nothing wrong with putting her through a little sit stay training right? I suppose I should've taught her an actual sit first, whoops ;) But she has her recalls down!! That cat came running to my computer when she heard my voice when I was editing video. Too funny!
Focusing on little details vs the bigger picture is good right now - finally feeling like I'm right where I need to be with all the dogs!
