Grown up Peachy Pie

Oh yes, after 5 months of watching very closely, Peach is reaching womanhood. Of course, for regionals where she was supposed to go and see her sister Ghosty. Sigh. But, I'm HAPPY, because then we can move onward and forward, woot!

Peach's favorite new sleeping spot <3

I can't remember if I mentioned it before, but when the boys are all up in her business (and even Yankee nowadays!), the only song that comes to mind is the Milkshake song. It is so wrong on every single level and in my completely tasteless and terrible humor it makes me die with laughter, cause THIS IS PEACHY!! She knows what she's got, and she totally uses it, bawhahahahahah. Oh da Peachy. Here's the song btw, and if you get offended easily, don't waste your time ;)

OMG Beam and Peach babies. So Tempting. But only if I was going to put her on the 16 and Pregnant MTV show. Lucero attempted to take it to 3rd base and Peachy did a cute little nip at him and then turned back around. Such a tease :) So yeah, boys are on official lock down. Til then, this is happening and results should be back now. Or tomorrow. They are on the rare side of the aussie diseases, but with a 25% coupon, the $200 was well spent for good information.

On other Peachy notes, rehab is going FANTASTIC and the only bad part is keeping me in check. Week 1 was one jump working up to full jump height. Week 2 was some jump chutes ending with a bit of a curve. This week I started doing some short sequences at 16" and a tunnel. The problem is that when I'm going to set up for the next sequence, she goes and takes the triple from the side and trying to jump over the wing. Fail Peachy Fail. In any case, we're at 3.5 weeks of no lameness and 4 weeks since her vet appt with no results, so I'm feeling pretty solid. We'll start up weaves after we get back from regionals in 2 weeks.

And have I mentioned how EASY she is? I shouldn't be this lucky, I'm waiting for it to bite me.

Love my Peachy Pie.
