Black skin?

Has anyone seen their dog's skin turn black?? There does not seem to be any other symptoms associated with it like itchiness, redness, heat, etc, just her belly is turning black. So very strange. Dr. Google makes it sound like a fungal disease, so I'll bathe her in a anti-fungal shampoo tomorrow am. Then we'll see if it makes a difference and see if I need to take her in.
