(no subject)
Today just got awesomely amazing. My IU team's total for Relay is past 2000 dollars :). Our goal was 1500 but since noone was helping we recuited more people that didn't live in our building, so I asked my friend Tyler, and he saved our butts soooooo much. His total so far is up to 1800 and I'm sure he's not done! Now we even have a chance of doubling our goal because we turned in a hefty load of money last night...I am sooo pumped for this. I pretty much owe this kid my life. I'm so glad that we asked him to join, or this would not have been going half as well...Mind you this does not take away the fact that 4 people have quit on us , including our captain ( who didn't do anything in the first place, and we are pretty pissed about that)and that puts us down 4 walkers that we can't afford at all, but we went and talked to first floor boys and recruited a few more, and have bribed others to help us out, but still...I think I found a new hero.
