Pulling Up Carpet...
Is so much fun on a Sunday afternoon when it's 110 degrees outside and about 20 degrees less inside, and you break your hammer.
Currently taking a sweat dripping rest whilst said hammer issue is rectified (we're borrowing one).
*Sulks* I bet Sam, Dean and Clark NEVER have to rip up carpet. Lex and carpet would never even be in the same sentence. Well except maybe to lay a Devil's Trap in Sam and Dean's case. And maybe Clark might have to if he's trying to rescue someone but he wouldn't be dripping in sweat whilst doing it and breaking hammers or swearing at the viciously spiky edging that goes underneath the carpet to hold it down.
Just saying. Of course in real life I bet even Michael Rosenbaum has had to rip up carpet at some point in his life. That makes me feel better. Maybe he and Tom redecorated a room in Mike's house or in Tom's house. And maybe Jared and Jensen came over with beers and gave them shit via a running commentary on their efforts.
See what fandom does? It even makes ripping up carpet on a hot day seem more bearable. Ahh a replacement hammer has arrived. Oh the joy.
