I'm guessing Chloe will get her memories back (as AM is signed for S9.) It would be cool if Clark acknowledged that he crossed over a line, albeit for what he thought were the right reasons.
So much of Chloe's recent life has been connected to Clark's secret, you'd think she has no memories left at all!
