Shit, we're in a dark alley!
The Fall Ball was wonderful. I was there from about 1:45-10:30-ish, which wasn't quite as long as I might have liked, but I had a really great time. As much as I love rowing, I kind of can't wait for the season to be over. When it's over, I'll have so much more time to go to dances, and to play the fiddle. I learned to play Nottingham Swing, though it doesn't sound too good, and I can only get through it a couple times without messing up, but it's a lot of fun, and I really want to have time to take lessons, and practice, and actually get decent enough that I'll be able to practice when I'm stressed, without making it a lot worse.
So, in a nutshell, I can't wait for this week to be over. Then we have Regionals, which will be very exciting, and I'll be able to focus more on folkie stuff. Yay!
