Yesterday it was 31 star thistle. That’s better than 2x, but I think the time frame was about half. So every week I am cutting the new star thistle by about ¼. I guess that means only three more weeks to worry about it. Of course, a single plant that blooms gets everything going again. The scary thing is that I have been finding some that have migrated, I suspect on my boots in the previous few years. They are in the larger part of the yard with more vegetation to hide under and therefore harder to find.
