I have a medical check-up every month, mostly to monitor the lupus. So my doc checks everything but focuses on looking for neurological and/or kidney issues. I was very pleased with the report I got today: neuro was clear, kidneys were clear. The only issue was joint inflammation, but I knew that was coming.
