lost precious sleep-hours over harry potter and the goblet of fire on sunday night because i couldn't put the book down. so while i did finish the book in a day (intensive reading in bed from 7pm onwards), i say all that reading contributed in part to the mini-headache that bothered me at work today.

a week or so ago, a mercedes changed lane into the middle of the bus i was riding in (either that female driver was blind, or she was blind). and then just yesterday, another mercedes rammed into the back of the taxi i was in.
the roads of singapore are too dangerous for my liking. wonder when i'll get over my phobia of driving in singapore. maybe never. maybe i'll have to 1. rely on public transport to get around for the rest of my life or 2. be chauffeured around by people who drive safely and actually like being among the inconsiderate drivers that abound on the singapore roads and highways. blarghz.
