The zoo was open late every night last week, which lead to not much evening time for posting. we walked at the zoo, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. It was so nice, and relaxing. Very quiet today. Walked at the zoo again today. Still just the short circle, but only 2 benches. My ankles complained about it the rest of the day. Happy the hippo was out today. He is so huge! What a busy week! The 4 days of warm weather from last Saturday through Tuesday finally brought spring to Wisconsin! The hyacinths started blooming last week, but the daffs didn't open until this week, and now we have tulips too! Yea!!!!

It's Sunday night.
Today, oatmeal breakfast, drove by 2 house for sale, 1 in Oconomowoc, that was on a 0.5 acre lot that was very wooded and on a dropping hillside. I didn't think too much of the yard, it was small and severely sloping to the surrounding yards. Second house, was in Richfield, with a 1.5 acre yard. Again heavily wooded. We started out the day with a walk at the zoo. Elephants were out enjoying the sunshine. There was one dementor vulture out, and one cheetah sleeping upside down on his heated rock. What a weird day. It was dark whenI cam e home from work tonight. The date - Monday December 3rd (yes December) and the temperature...66º. After sunset. What is happening??? Tonight was the last late-night "Zoofari" at the zoo for this summer, so we did a very quick grocery shopping, and wolfed down B's tuna casserole dinner so we could leave as soon as possible.
