It's been a long time since updating. I'm re-reading a lot of LOTR fan fiction. Still enjoying Jeeves & Wooster fan fic also. I love the site indeed sir. I'm also following the making of The Hobbit

Sounds like things at home are on the upswing (kids I mean) and that your daughter following this opportunity for travel is a great idea. You never know what being exposed to the wider world can bring: inspiration, ideas, and a larger sense of what life is and one's place in it - so to speak.
That's good your son got a job too, at least for awhile. Texas is doing better than us (my own opinion as to why, better political climate for business) and that is a shame! But, yes, it is what it is. Great he got to working. I know my sister has one son finally in school and another who is finally working (another just starting high school).
Yes, the politics in this country is more polarized than ever. I have not given up on my Liberty Wolf blog BTW, but am so busy with my life right now. I should do a post listing what I read on the "far right" or just right sometime. I try and get both sides. It is still confusing but you have a better idea of what is going on and can better figure it out. Great you are reading current events though as well as fan fiction. Here with Luna, I am also enjoying some silly movies and some good ones, that take my mind onto other things.
