hey, are any of you (still) interested in meeting up for pie? my next class weekend is coming up -- it's the 31-March/01-April weekend. i get out of class at 5:30pm each day, so if you want to meet me afterwards at mission pie for something sweet (or savory), let me know. i figure we can meet sometime between 6:00pm and 6:30pm.

also, on sundays, people park right in the middle of the street on valencia! worst case, you might be able to find a spot there.

Oh, I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this at all now. I forgot there's a deathmarch that Saturday and (perhaps foolishly) I'm going on a hike up Mission Peak on Sunday if the weather's nice.

oh, mission peak! that's down here in my neck of the woods. it's a nice hike...you'll definitely get a work out. have you hiked it before? if not, definitely wear sun block because the sun can beat down on you on that hillside.

about the pie -- there will be other opportunities for sure. thanks for letting me know!

and their pie is really good! just so you know, the savory pies are a little small -- some of my friends have been ordering two at a time because one isn't enough to hold them until their next meal. :) the pear-raspberry pie is superb. and the banana cream isn't bad either.

be warned that the entrance is kind of hard to find. it's actually on 25th, right past the southern exposure gallery on the corner of mission and 25th.
