Some people are totally oblivious. I thought some kids (they shall remain nameless) were my friends but I now know that they don't feel the same way. ...and I got a prom dress today! It's a pretty mint green. I can't wait for prom.

I have been so busy this week and I am glad that it is almost over. I visited Colgate (which I absolutely loved) and missed two days of school. I don't understand how some people are absent every week. I had the best babysitting job tonight. I watched 6 kids but I got $22.5 an hour. I wish I got jobs like that more often.

All I have to worry about for prom now is the date. Hm...

Today was my third softball game in a row. I did not play at all. I am really disappointed. Last year I got hardly any playing time but was hopeful that I would get to play senior year. The one thing I hate more than getting cut from a team, rejected from a college, etc. is the speech they give you. It's always the same thing. They wish they could take you but there were so many qualified people and only a certain number of spots and blah blah blah. I wish they would just say "sorry you didn't get in." Yesterday my cousin Suzanne got married. She was the first of the cousins to get married and everyone is hoping that there is another wedding soon. I had so much fun. My family is insane and I love them. Words can't describe everything that happened last night so I think I'll just leave it at that.

Oh yeah, I got scholarships to Villanofun and Loyola!

So yesterday was St. Patrick's Day. It was a wonderful day. I was 1 pin away from bowling a turkey, we had bagels in homeroom, Mrs. Walsh bought us charm bracelets, I hung out with the Kristens in free(!), I had Irish Soda Bread and corn beef, and I watched The Quiet Man.
