(no subject)
Hey Bob, today turned out to be rather busy. Mimi asked me last night to take her to the docs to get her cath out.i picked her up at 9 oclock. i said itd be my pleasure, i had nothing going on. she needed to pick up something small for her grandson. i told her i needed to get a b day card for my mom. i dropped her off at the hospital and went to the px with riley got what we needed and headed back to the docs. we found her, waiting to pee. roy was there too and she told roy ir was too much pressure with him there, for him to go back to work so he did. we walked around for a bit downstairs then decided to go to lunch in the basement. it was nice, riley was good and it cost a whoppin 4.60 for all three of us to eat. we had good conversation about life like always. we went back to the first floor to piddle around till she got the urge to go and she did it!!! no coming home with a cath this time. i pray she will continue to beable to go. one of those has to be uncomfortable and a little emarrassing. she feels free like she wants to dance a jig. she felt really tied to the house. we got home at 1:30. time flew though. came home and rested for aq little while, man being out and about wears me out some days. started cleaning up some and figured out what to make for dinner and now here i sit. its alread 4:55. i need to at least start on the metal bucket for Lee. Im sure ill get it done in plenty of time. it was exciting to get a phone call about my painting and someome trusts me nough without seeing my work first. im really haveing a hard time waiting to head off to NY. its such a short time to wait after a whole year. itll be so good to see kate and her kids. its hard to believe nicki will be 16 in aug. when i got married she wasnt even one yet. aug 4th marks 15 years of not living in NY near family. wow. im anxious to see where the airforce is going to send us next year. itll most likely be our last base.hopefully we'll make a nice time. well ill prob write more later this evening. ive sat here long enough. ta for now Bob.
