Not quoting the chorus of this song though my typist wants me to, but it /is/ kind of appropriate

As should have been expected, Her Typistness isn't staying away just because she's busy. She might during the next few days when the panic sets in, though. I really need to get her to learn more sensible studying habits. Though she claims that with her major, there simply are no sensible studying habits. Looking at her workload, I suppose she might have a point. Especially when she goes about trying to become a writer at the same time.

I've actually been thinking I might like to take a look at the chatroom, but at least she's responsible enough not to allow that at the moment. Perhaps she will by the end of next week, when her exam is over.

But! There have been some pleasant new arrivals lately, including Ted Tonks just now (and his daughter, a while ago). I look forward to talking to someone from my own world and era who isn't a Death Eater. James needs to be around more. Perhaps my typist will talk to his if I ask nicely. Although when I suggest that, she says something about time zones.

Miss Daaé and Erik are apparently getting married. I don't know what to say. The proper thing would be to congratulate them, but neither of them seems very stable, especially not Erik. So I'm not sure how great a thing it is. I might still congratulate them, but I'm afraid my typist would usurp the keyboard and start ranting about Erik being 'a lunatic murderer who no sane girl should want to be with', and that's not the sort of thing you want near a wedding announcement. So I think that I'll have to pass the congratulating business. It can be a trouble to have a typist with forceful opinions and an infatuation with Mr. Patrick Wilson, no, typist, I didn't really say that, look, I'm striking it out...

Hmm. I'm not sure why the song playing now reminds me of this community. Actually, I do. But I like the band.
