Feels like the same old same old, most of the time.
Work: Still the same, hours are still sadly down but they should be going up as soon as he lets more of the holiday help go.
Art: Finally got my wacon tablet to work no thanks to the manual or trouble shooter sites. It taken some time to get the curser calibrate properly. Still need to finish the out lines for the Birthday gifts. (I think I may never do a family portrait ever again :p ) I also have two oil paintings to finish, a portfolio colored pencil drawing to start coloring, a Sakura-con mascot to scan and color, and numerous other pictures for the hopeful table that we will have at AE. T-T
Cosplay: I finally bought my wig for Ariel today. I purchased my corset yesterday, so now I can take my measurements and start cutting out the dummy fabric for the bodice. I was finally able to find the right shade of pink for the main part of the dress, which took forever. Its currently on order so no hurry to start sewing just yet. The Petticoat fabric is all cut out and ready to sew together, Hopefully one will be enough, but I'm ready if I need to sew another. So I should have all the undergarments ready soon. I still need to buy my PoT costume and Tezuka wig. I have one in mind, I just need to place the order. I still need to take my Mai costume in, as well as sew that skirt for Erin... I should e-mail her and get her waist measurement. Wait, How many cosplay's are we doing this Sakura-con?
Cat: Ed still keeps waking me up at all odd hours to walk him to his 'may or may not be full' food bowl, so I really can't wait for summer to come and he starts to sleep outside, and I can get an uninterrupted night of sleep. As it is my dreams have been so randomly weird I hardly get enough rest at night without the cat helping.
Diet: I didn't realize how far out of swing I was until I tried to get back into the swing of things. Slowing the weight has been coming off. I find it hard to resist the remnants of christmas candy still sitting around the house so it hasn't been going as great as I would have hoped. If I can reach close to 135 by Sakura-con I will be very happy. These last few ten to fifteen pounds simply do not want to come off.
I guess that's it for my life so far. Now to get back to work.
