29 Days of Star Trek Meme - Day 20 - Favourite One-Off (Non-Recurring) Character
Which I swear was phrased like this just so I couldn't say Weyoun as my DS9 answer.
TOS: Either Mark Lenard as the Romulan captain in 'Balance of Terror', because there's a character who is an adversary, not a bad guy, or Bele and Lokai in 'Let That Be Your Last Battlefield' because you don't forget them quickly.
TNG: The options are Hugh in 'I, Borg' (and no, I don't care that he reappears in 'The Descent') or Kivas Fajo, because it takes a certain level of character to consistently rank amongst *the* TNG villains when he's a one-episode-wonder and doesn't threaten the safety of any planets. Another option would be Harry Groener as Tam Elbrun in 'Tin Man', who is why I wouldn't want telepathic powers for love nor money.
DS9: As I said, I would happily go with any number of Vorta here, but they tend to turn up in more than one episode. And going with Weyoun 6 would probably be cheating. Although, yes.
And it's not like I can go with Eddington. Or Muniz who turns up in two episodes, mostly to be the guy they don't kill in one, to be the guy the guy they kill in another. Although I <3 'The Ship' as an episode despite that.
There were actually an awful lot of good actors playing the Jem'Hadar. Like Remata'Klan in 'Rocks and Shoals' or Omet'iklan and Virak'kara in 'To The Death' or Goran'Agar in 'The Hippocratic Oath'. When the Jem'Hadar got actual lines, they tended to be memorable.
Voyager: I've already said this in a previous answer, but Brad Dourif's Ensign Suder is something else. And I really don't care that he reappears in 'Basics'.
