Personality:
Lucifer at first glance looks human, but she's not. In Umineko, the servants with magical powers are called furniture and obey the order of the Witch who summoned them. Currently, she's following Beatrice's orders when the game are summoned and she's very loyal to her, along with her sisters.
She is very prideful, as she represents the fallen angel Lucifer and corresponds to the sin of Pride, making it be an easy target to push off her buttons when talking to her. After all, she gains magical power when someone feels really prideful of something, and she itself makes it happen. And will probably add a mad crackle to show how strong she is.
This girl also is the eldest of the sisters, and thanks to that, she's always making sure they are doing her job and not slacking off about it. She gets really serious when there is work to do and that's linked to the fact that she's pride itself. Usually, her sisters make fun of her as well and that pisses her off to no end, but inside she cares for them. (It's a mutual gaining for them. For example, Satan of Wrath gets stronger when Lucifer is angry, and since Satan is proud of her power, Lucifer gets stronger as well.)
But you wouldn't want to make this girl angry, Because she will try to kill you and hate you with all her self if she is unable to pierce your chest until she makes a hole enough deep to see through it. In battle, she will insult and make her opponent feel like they can't win and strike without mercy. After all, furniture of the witches usually carries on the Twilight sacrifices for the Witch itself.
However, inside this bloodlust killing weapon, she has a part of herself that gets along with certain people. A.K.A Witches and some people that are worth of it. For example, getting along with Ange when their first meet, along with her sisters, and usually be around and laugh like a normal girl. Not only that, apparently all the Stakes of Purgatory have a weakness for cute things, making them go all "Kya~!" and hug it until it can't breath anymore.
She will not stand humiliation of any kind, so that's an easy way to get on her bad side. Also, she will look for a new toy to play with while she's someone, often implies that he or she will be the target of her tricks, killing games and more things like that.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
One of her strengths is the fact that she's a combat furniture. She will not go easy on anyone in a battle, even if she doesn't have her powers here. She will still have her body used to battle and probably enough strength to punch someone's face and make it hurt.
Also, it can be considered a strength the fact that she's not afraid of dying and killing. It doesn't scare her a bit those thoughts because for her they are really usual things in her world, and as long as the Witch wants, she will come back anytime.
She's very confident of herself and will never doubt of her skills, no matter what. She's very skilled at the legend art of troll a person while talking to her.
Lucifer strength and weakness is her pride. It what makes her stronger and be able to endure anything, but at the same time its what it makes her fall from everything. Could it be a battle or just an argument between two people.
Let's not forget cute things. She will totally go and glomp them when nobody is looking and love it so hard that could kill it. Now, if someone finds out about it, she will probably try to kill him/her so she won't be embarrassed about it.
Another weakness is the fact that it's easy to get on her bad side and be on her black list quickly, which will cause her a lot of problems when talking to others. Unless you go and flatter her and she will like you because of it.

[Lucifer is currently looking at the woman who have just said she was her new boss in that strange building. After saying what she had to tell her about the new organization she, apparently, was in now, she left her behind. And of course, Lucifer noticed that her powers were gone.]
Who do you think you are, insolent human, to try to take me away from what I was doing?! This humiliation ...! I'll kill you! Did you listen to me?! I'll kill you until nobody can recognize your corpse!
Grr...! I'll not tolerate it! Did you hear me well?! You're going to pay for this!!
[The Vulpix near her is a bit scared of her now. The Stake of Pride turns back to see the creature. She relaxes a bit after a moment.]
... So... cute! Kya~!
[And she quickly goes to cuddle her little Pokemon for the moment. She will think a way to kill that woman after snuggling this creature.]
Third Person Sample:
Lucifer was used to be called to do something, usually killing someone or just play along with the Witches, so she didn't feel strange when she looked around and not recognized the place she was at for the moment. But, what took her by surprise was the lack of a Witch who could have called her. Her red eyes looked around, but nothing familiar came to her mind.
"What's the meaning of this?!" Was the first thing that she said when she noticed that something was off. Her magic was vanished from her body, yet she was still there standing on her feet, in that strange place. Someone must have done something to her. "Who is behind this insolence?!"
Her voice could be heard from every single part of that room. She was starting to be pissed off, not only for the fact that she was in a strange place without her magic and powers, but also she didn't know how to get back to where she should be in that moment. The first thing she noticed, after getting angry at everything, was that she was in something called Team Rocket.
"I swear I'm going to kill the one behind this...!! I'll kill you! I'll kill you until nobody will be able to recognize your dead body!!" Lucifer's voice was louder as she started to walk around for an answer and not just an explanation about her new job. "This humiliation of taking me away from my REAL job will not be forgiven!!"
A small creature behind her was starting to be really scared of its new trainer. Making a low noise, Lucifer turned back to see the Vulpix shaking behind her. It took her a moment to realize what it was, but there was something she was really sure of.
"Kya~! So cute!!"
Without hesitating a moment, Lucifer threw herself to warp her arms around the creature and cuddle it really happily. She didn't know what it was, but it was really soft and cute and she couldn't resist it. The vulpix made another sound, begging for mercy since its new trainer was hugging it really hard.
Of course, Lucifer took that moment to forget about how mad she was and keep cuddling her Pokemon for a long time.
