May I introduce Cinema Bizzare? :D
OMG, I think I'm in love...!! Have you guys heard of Cinema Bizarre? They're this German rock band of five GORGEOUS, very obviously VISUAL KEI-influenced guys~~

If you don't believe me about the J-rock thing, their names are:
strify (vocals) -- as in Cloud Strife?? :D
Yu (guitar) -- this guy lists Miyavi, D'espairs Ray and X Japan amongst his fave bands and Tokyo as his fave place in the world
Kiro (bass) -- he likes Nightwish!!! <3 <3 <3 (and Within Temptation! :D) He says his greatest wish is to go to Japan ^^
Shin (drummer) -- one of fave bands is Dir en Grey and also lists Tokyo as his fave place
Romeo (keyboardist) -- no JP influence, it seems--just a gothy guy. LoL~
Yes, and despite the names, they are all German (i.e. not Japanese) guys. I am so floored by this!! J-rock is finally spreading its influence, and now we're starting to gain beautiful visual kei guys in the West too~~ At last, we're starting to see the products of the anime generation~ ^____^ <3 <3 <3 Kyaaan!! O Progress, thy forward march reassures me~~
I can't wait to get home and listen to their music (yep, bein' naughty @ work). I've always loved the visual kei look but could never get into it b/c I wasn't a fan of that type of music. If we could have a symphonic metal band who looked like the hotties in Versailles or something--dude, my life would be perfect. :D Let's hope these guys are the ones...!
