Goth Bake Sale, or, alternatively, Girl Scouts Gone Wrong/ Glasslike

The Goth Bake sale went off pretty well, considering that I did not have time for such an endeavor and am now freaking out about lost of said time, though notably not doing the things I need to be doing to make up for loss of said time. People were amused by our cause and our cookies gothness, and I got many positive comments on my corsetry. I even sold cookies all by myself. Whee. And as an added bonus, Oliver stopped by twice and I was able to resume my half hearted stalking of his complete awesomeness. (I want to use the word "fangirl" but I'm pretty sure it's technically inaccurate in some way for this situation.) (Oliver is Zak Stern. It's wonderful.) There was a protracted, bizarre argument over whether Johnny Cash was goth or not, and Oliver said he was kinda goth though Steve, Daniel & Adam vehemently disagreed. Perhaps it was unwise to point at Oliver and announce to Steve that since Oliver said it, and since Oliver is absolutely awesome, Oliver is always right. Perhaps only unwise if I don't want Oliver to know that I am his half hearted stalker. And many cookies were sold and there was much rejoicing. How much we made to support going to the concert, I do not know.

In totally unrelated news, I was in one of those situations today where everything is delicately unsaid and you have to untangle yourself from everything without anyone possibly getting hurt. And all was well.

randomness, every day is halloween, friends
