I know what you mean. My 27th birthday's on the 26th, and I'm kinda "...bzuh?" about it. Especially when people talk about the age of the "hot young stars" that grace movie and television screnes lately. or the stage in rock bands. or whatever. You know what i'm talking about. It makes me feel old.

My son's 6th birthday in slightly less than two months isn't helping, either.

Yeah, the fact that the "hot young stars" are now younger than me isn't really something I know what to do with. O_o. I was seriously 22 yesterday, I swear.

I know what you mean. I swear, I was just looking at 20, and wondering how it was possible I wasn't a teenager any more. o_O

It is! Middle age doesn't come 'round until you're well into your late 40s and 50s. We've ages yet! (and honestly, I think my mother's struggling more with my impending birthday than I am. it'll be interesting to see what she does when I actually turn 30)
