despite what i said a few days ago, the internet and ppl have made clear that i need to go on a gluten-ful diet for a month or so before i can take a celiac test, stupid doctor or no. of course, if gluten -is- my trigger, thats a depressing thing too.
me and food are crazy these days. so, i am trying to eat a bagel or english muffin a day, and then eat more easy to eat calories during the day: yogurt drinks, avocados, nuts, cheese. i want to get v8 cans too. it goes against everything i've learned for a decade, but it is slowing the weight loss down. i also need to make myself eat more on dancing days. i'm afraid that once i start eating again i wont stop, especially with the holidays upon us, but starving myself is not an effective method of dealing with that fear.
