I'm really glad things have gotten better. I knew it was bad.. i just didn't know how bad it was. I know I would've been really frustrated too. But it's good you took charge and handled the situation. I hope your new roommate will be everything you need/expect/want.

But on another note... Dude, go with the accounting thing. If it's what you're really into, then go for it. You'll enjoy it and you'll be making good money too! Plus, you don't need to pay anyone to tell you that you're getting a huge ass tax return back (or not) lol so... yea, just follow your heart on this one! Just do it before it's too late.
