I RSVP'd to two parties, not realizing they were at the same time on the same day. I can't do one then the other, logistics won't allow it. I have to choose. This is going to be awkward.

At the moment I'm in Nashville. That's right, I've left NY to travel down to where ribs and Jesus rule. Today I went shopping. I traveled all this way to end up at a Betsey Johnson store. So I'm getting ready for a date with a guy I really like. I put on this cheap makeup not realizing it was the cheap stuff I bought to goof off in. I'm having an allergic reaction to it. My face is all red and blotchy. He's coming in 15 minutes. Why couldn't this crap have happened when I was dating losers?

 So yeah, I was in a minor car accident the other day. Everyone is alright, and it wasn't my car and all that. It's just that when the accident happened, I was five minutes into a date. Most memorable first date I've ever had, I'll tell you that.

Everyone's coming back home this week. An interesting change after having the house to myself for a while. I really enjoyed it. I'll come back and blog about my shows later. I'm going to enjoy these last few hours I have of solitude.

Oh, and I shouldn't be so excited at the ad for a new season of Intervention. I am weirdly obsessed with that show

So, my high school friend and I are seeing each other now. Cool. For everyone involved, this is what I'd call a "win-win" situation.

Passover is quickly approaching, and I'm not nearly as prepared as I should be. But my sister comes home tonight, so I'm excited. She can help clean.

I'm scared for House tomorrow. My sister won't be coming home till 8:30, and I'll want to greet her and all, so I probably won't watch as it airs, but watch is later on my DVR. It's supposed to be the ( Read more... )

I didn't notice the time change for How I Met Your Mother! I thought it was just a rerun, until I found out that the new episode was being aired at 8 instead of 8:30. My DVR didn't record it because I didn't program it to record any new episodes, just the new ones at that specific times. Damn you House MD! This is all your fault! I new it wasn't ( Read more... )
