IE 7
Finally decided that I really should upgrade to the new Internet Explorer 7... So I did. But can I just go on the record and say that there are some features that I just want to slap somebody and ask them what the hell they were thinking!!
Three things that annoy me the most right now:
1) Eliminating the "menu bar" from the very top of the window. That is something that is consistent across all windows. You know where to find commands that you are looking for and it is always at the top.
2) having a search box next to the address bar. Thanks, but I have my own search toolbar that is by far better. That crappy little thing just clutters up the toolbars.
3) This annoying type view thing. I tried to customize it so that it looks right on my display, but of course there are errors on Microsoft's page and I can't get through the set up, so it is stuck being viewed incorrectly... *update* Ok, I shut that feature off - way too annoying*
Other than that, the other changes I'll get use to and I'm sure eventually I won't mind them.
Oh yeah, I also hate change. :)
