I just filled this in :) I like the idea that all the entries people are making on this day will be available forever in the future and I thought it might appeal to some of my LJ friends too - after all, it's not a new idea to us. But I've enjoyed reading other people's days in history for a while. Here's mine. How could they put an upper limit of 4000 characters on it though ;) They must have known I was coming :)

Got up at 8.15 grey overcast mild day; did 20 mins on exercise bike listening to my MobiBlu mp3 player and watching birds on feeder through upstairs window. We put nuts and seed out and this attracted goldfinches, greenfinches and sparrows so far. Starlings eating berries on autumn cotoneaster and next door’s yucca. Fed 2 cats. Let out 2 cats. Bathroom, including shower. Breakfast of 2 slices of granary toast with marmite and mug of Earl Grey tea - preceded by cup of hot water with 1 tsp of cider vinegar in. Watched news headlines on BBC News24.Cleaned teeth, put on moisturiser and lipstick before leaving house.Went to MIL’s as she wanted some support with a visit from her solicitor about a legal dispute. Helped her with paperwork. The solicitor reckons he is going to charge her 175 pounds per hour, which equates to one week’s pension.Talked to man in printing supplies shop about a deal on a paper trimmer/guillotine and he will do me a deal if I buy other stuff for work - maybe cartridges and paper. Home for lunch tuna, tomato and onion on granary with mug of Green Tea with Jasmine and a banana. Cats had tuna too. Watched Thom Yorke’s (from Radiohead) interview re environmental issues and feel much more comfortable with his perspective than that of some of the rich fat cats. Need to see Al Gore’s film when it comes out on DVD and that also reminded me that the Da Vinci Code is now out. Went to reflexology appointment - traffic really heavy and caught the school traffic on the way home which was doubly bad. The road was full of four wheel drive(r)s doing the school run. Reflexology was my 5th session with excellent progress - more energy, not so lethargic and less tired. One to go but I’ll miss my little Chinese lady as she has taught me so much. I took her some organic nettle leaf tea bags for her to try today. Did some shopping before I came home at Sainsburys for bread, soya milk, cat food, salad and eggs. Home and made fresh coffee with a mini Battenberg cake, then spent two hrs on the computer, work, e-mail, placed a bid for ‘His Dark Materials’ book trilogy on e-bay and ordered Tribunal/Bloodmoon Expansion for my Morrowind game from Amazon at a bargain price of 4.99.Walked to post box to send an e-bay book I’d sold and to get fresh air. Tried to phone ntl about replacing our set top box but didn’t have the stamina for a long hold. Fed cats when I returned then made dinner; jacket potato with cheese/ham and big green salad for me, omelette for partner. I used a microwave omelette maker and apparently it tasted excellent. Watched Vincent drama with Ray Winstone which I recorded last night so we didn’t have to sit through the adverts. Had cup of nettle tea and talked, then watched and listened to a bit of Kerrang music channel before coming in here to do this and make an entry in my Live Journal before going to bed to read my latest book Flint by Paul Eddy.
