Poll Frantic Eufuria Feedback wanted!Hello Everyone!
I am looking to get some feedback on Frantic Eufuria that will help to shape it's future.
As you may or may not be aware, Frantic Eufuria will be leaving it's current venue at Club Cavern. It's been a difficult decision to make but I just feel that as an event, we've outgrown the place. The facilities aren't up to what we require and we've had some issues with the management that is making me look elsewhere now.
This is where you come into play.
We're looking at two options, either just a new venue or a new venue with accomodation self contained. There are a number of venues I'm in talks with, all of which are keen for our business. The difference lies in this:
Are people happy seeking their own accomodation or would it be preferable if we can get accomodation AND the dance night venue all in one location?
I'm throwing this out to you guys as I feel that this is FE's achilles heel at the moment but I may well be wrong.
The rooms themselves aren't going to be 5 star accomodation, we're looking to budget ends at the moment, maybe £20-£30 per night for the accomodation and of course, entry to the event will still be free with just a required bar spend. Would everyone be happy with this? Some places I'm in talks with are even offering exclusive use of the entire facilities for Saturday and Sunday if we can secure enough people. We're talking numbers of at least 40 people staying overnight for these facilities.
