the movie never ends, it goes on and on...

so no one liked the sopranos ending? no thoughts on the symbolism of tony, carmella and a.j. eating onion RINGS as a family in the JOHNNY ROCKETS as opposed to one of the many italian joints theyd typically frequent? no thoughts on tony picking JOURNEY over tony bennet in the jukebox ("oh the movie never ends it goes on and on and on and on")? how about meadow, the one member of the family not caught up in the paper chase, the one who wants to fight for the rights of immigrants (citing treatment of italians), no thoughts on her repeatedly trying and failing to FIT IN her (parking) space and the family starting to eat without her? no thoughts on the last thing we as an audience hear: "don't stop"?

i guess people dont watch tv to think, but in however many seasons the sopranos have had, theyve never once let its audience just veg out and still fully appreciate it, why would they do that at the end? the mob scene hasn't resolved itself, it doesnt stop, but keeps going, so why should the show wrap it up in a neat package? to me, that wouldve been the more bogus..but thats just me.
