How stupid is your business

OK,awhile back while surfing the internet on some topic or other I ran accross an ad for a e-book that had some stuff that I thought would be very helpful, so I did a little checking and decided that I'd give the book a try, $200, but with a 60 day money back guarantee. I down load the book and it is sort of helpful, but the main thing that attracted me to the book is no where to be found, AND today I get an email from company advertising the book with the same benefit I am looking for and even a page number.. which doesn't match the book I got. Sooo, I call the 800 # in the email, keep in mind it is the number you are suppose to call when you want to buy the book, and I got, get this, a recording! The person you want to give you money too isn't in! Leave us a name and number and we'll get back to you to collect your money. How stupid is that? You develop a product, and decide upon how you want to sell it and when someone calls during normal business hours to buy, you give them a message?
So I will see if they call me back, and I will then decide if I will take them up on their money-back "if you are not thrilled" guarantee, because right now I am not thrilled.
Moral. If you publish an 800 have it manned ALWAYS during business hours. ALWAYS.
