When the software program at work crashed, I thought, someone else will have this happen and not know what to do. I should write that down. Today, the rough draft of Section 1 of my manual is 7 pages.
There are 7 more sections. The F1 help file is not helpful, so I've included a section on how to fix every error message and how to prevent them. (Fix 1, Turn on auxillary equipment before logging on. Fix 2. Don't use the software's escape methods. The software crashes and ...because it's a Windows machine... you lose your work! YAY!
