Wow. I didn't think this fic universe existed anymore. I dimly recall reading it obsessively about seven or eight years ago... then I lost the link, or maybe the site went down for a bit and I hadn't seen or heard of since. I'm going to have to reread it and see if I still like it after all this time. Thanks for sharing this.
By the way, have you noticed that a lot of the older 'classic' fanfic sites and non-automated archives tend to *stay* online, whereas newer fic sites are either non-existent due to people posting in automatic archive and LJ, or end up being taken down due to lack of interest or bandiwidth problems. What ever happened to the old days where a fic site was forever? *wanders off feeling nostalgic and wondering if the pre-internet fandom feels the same about their old favorites...*
