Brief summary : Neville/Bill. It’s just out and out smutty fun!
Neville followed the sounds of banging through the house, trying to find the source. He had stopped by the Burrow to drop off some plants for Mrs Weasley's kitchen garden, but for the first time in his memory no one was immediately available. Usually when he walked in, he was greeted by at least one member of the large, boisterous clan, so the intermittently broken silence was sort of nerve-wracking. Setting the cucumber plant gently onto a side table, Neville walked down the narrow hallway toward the back of the house, calling out, "Hello?"

The sound of pounding only got louder, but now he could hear a few grumbled complaints interspersed throughout. Four oh four error? What on earth?

He peeked his head into the room the noise was coming from and nearly swallowed his tongue. Bill Weasley was seated at a desk, some sort of box-like contraption on the flat surface in front of him, banging randomly on… a board? There were little square pegs poking up from the board-which wasn't really a board, but some sort of plactistical thing. Paclistic? Placsty? Erm, something Muggle, at any rate.

Brief summary: Draco/Neville pairing, where Draco wants Neville but Neville wants Harry, right?

Neville looked at his blond partner in exasperation. There truly were times when he wondered what it was he'd done that enabled him to work with someone whose style complimented his so well. There were also times - like now - when he wondered what he'd done wrong to end up with such a stubborn, arrogant, insufferable and downright incorrigible man for a partner. That brashness had served them well during the war when they'd been - however reluctantly - partnered together. If Neville were honest, it still served them well to some extent even now. He balanced his partner; Neville was calm and thoughtful and had a good hold on his temper, whereas his partner had a tendency to let that acidic tongue of his flay whoever happened to ignite his ire.

At this moment, it happened to be their client who was insisting that the ugly lamp he wanted them to restore had to be moved by hand and not magic. Seeing his partner open his mouth for another virulent response, Neville stepped in.

He put a hand on Draco's arm and said, "Mr. Summerville. I'm sure you are correct in saying that this particular piece has always been handled by hand and not magic, however, the majority of the restoration will be done through the use of charms and the like. If you do not wish magic to do used - particularly since we have no way of knowing if there have been any traps laid on the piece during your absence during the war - then perhaps you should contact another company to do the work. Thank you for your time," he added as he tugged on Draco's coat to haul him out the door.

"Imbecilic cretin," Draco muttered under his breath, snatching his coat sleeve from Neville's grasp. "I'll thank you not to manhandle me in such a fashion again, Longbottom." If you're going to touch me, do it properly. Draco quickly shoved that thought out of his head before it brought others he wasn't prepared to deal with in public. Neville was taken.

Neville rolled his eyes. After six years working with Malfoy - four during the war and two after - most of Draco's mannerisms simply didn't bother him anymore. "I'll wait until after you've hexed the client next time then shall I? It worked so well the last time after all," he shot back.
