Brief summary: This is the funniest thing to have been written in the fandom in a long time. The story of how Chris, Lance, and Joey started dubbing gay porn in Chris' basement studio just for the fun of it, roping in (a very eager and willling) JC along the way, the subsequent feud with Justin, and what the final outcome was, is absolutely brilliant and not to be missed by anyone who loves popslash and Nsync. In addition to being totally hilarious it's wonderfully written, has some lovely subtle characterisations - JC and Kelly comes especially to mind, and it's long. Seriously, I can find nothing wrong with this story. If you haven't read it yet you should run and do so at once!
"What the fuck do you think you're playing at, Chris?"
"Um - sleeping?"
"Don't give me that shit! I mean, what the fuck do you think you're doing? Are you really that desperate for cash? Did you blow all your fucking royalty money on Cheetos and beer? Did you think I just wouldn't recognise y'all? Or was it supposed to be funny when I pressed play one day and my fucking friends were moaning 'oh, yeah, baby, let me see you come'?
"Oh," Chris said. "That."
"Yes, that. Did you take one fucking second out from screwing around in your production studio - J. Randy Woodwater's fucking production studio - to imagine what's gonna happen when the press find out my so-called bandmates are DUBBING FUCKING PORN?"
"At a wild guess - our sales will go up?"
"Chris!"
Justin's voice had climbed so high Chris was honestly surprised dogs weren't barking all around the neighbourhood. Chris was pretty firmly of the opinion that it was the screeching, not overdoing the falsetto, which had led to Justin's throat surgery.
"Um, okay." Chris held up one finger. "First of all, thanks for the sudden interest in my career. I really appreciate it. And second, why were you watching gay porn anyway? I didn't know Cameron was into that."

"Chris is getting matrixy about Lance?" Justin shifted. His elbow dug into JC's ribs. "Okay, I'll have to ask him about that."
JC pushed the elbow away. "You'll ask him if he's matrixy?"
"No, dumbass. I'll ask him if he's flirting and if he's planning to make an honest Mississippian outta Lance or what. Don't say it."
"Wasn't gonna." JC moved a bit, settling cushions and Justin a bit better. He closed his eyes. "Just don't make him go all funny about it and stop."
"I'm subtle," Justin said and closed his eyes, too. "I'm way subtle."
JC woke up when the bus took a sharpish curve and pushed Justin onto the floor. "Get up, okay? We're gonna be there soon."
"Up," Justin muttered. "Ow."
"It's a soft floor," JC said. "Mostly."
Justin staggered off towards the bunks. JC looked out the window and smiled to himself.
"Motherfucker!" Justin yelled, but he was laughing, too. He came back into the lounge area, shaking a bundle of soft flannel in his fist. "My Little Pony sheets! My Little Pony pillowcases! My Little Pony fuckin' pajamas - who the hell managed to find My Little Pony pajamas my size?"
"I have no idea," JC said innocently. "Ask Chris."
