Gamma pressed the 'DOWN' button on the elevator and stepped back, using the shiny elevator doors as his mirror as he adjusted his suit and checked himself over. A quick breakfast was in order. He could go back to being an overachieving, scary motherfucker after some bacon and eggs.

Her arms were too weighed down by papers and bound manuscripts for her to take the trouble of trying to press the button for the elevator devoted to her floor, so she stepped into the first lift that presented itself. It was really not her fault that she was too preoccupied with thinking about work to check whether anyone was inside. It was still very early, anyway.
So of course she had to bump into the elevator's occupant. "Ah, I'm sorry--"

"...Ah. Good morning, Princess."

She gave him a look that might have seemed cursory to some but did, in fact, take in all the relevant details about him. "You're working early today."

Gamma waited for Uni to regain her bearings before properly unhanding her, as it would be unseemly for a man like him to be gripping the co-CEO of the company so closely. The blond smiled at her again, and then decided that he was content in his corner.
He wondered, for a bit, if it seemed too forward of him to invite her to eat with him. He soon decided to say nothing at all.

Mukuro didn't think it possible to have to deal with so many, but he was proven wrong the moment he'd taken the PR position. Unfortunately for him, he couldn't make his little origami figures with the ones he deemed unnecessary like he could at Kokuyo. And thinking about the name left a slight sour taste in his mouth. Best not to ponder on it anymore.
Thankfully he only had to wait for a few moments for the elevator, however; the occupants within it made his stop in his tracks.
"Oya, Ojou-sama and--" he paused to glance at the blond man, vaguely recognizing the face but not entirely sure of the name. "-- and company. Here rather early, aren't you?"

"...That's Gamma to you, Rokudo-san. Head of Security."
Get with the program already.

She was composing her reply in her head when the elevator doors opened and Mukuro stepped in. Gamma clearly did not approve of the man, much less of his nickname for her.
Not that she minded.
"Good morning, Mukuro-san," Uni said, polite as ever. "I do try to come to the office as early as I can. There's always so much work to be done."

He grinned. "And a good morning to yourself, Ojou-sama~" he addressed first to Uni out of respect for someone of higher rank than him. "Hm, yes I suppose I can relate a little though I know my plate is nothing compared to the one you have."
And feeling that he ignored the older man long enough, he turned his attention to Gamma and widened his grin. "Gamma-san, then. Since you already know my name, I suppose introductions are over." With that, he pushed the button for his floor while wondering how much entertainment he could garner so early in the morning.

(Still, it was very, VERY annoying.)
No need to talk. Uni could entertain that ruffian as she pleased. Within reasonable bounds.

"I hope you're settling in well?" she asked, a note of rare concern coloring her voice. She did feel a slight sense of responsibility towards him, after all. Not merely because he was an employee of Millefiore, but because of the circumstances that had brought him into the company; she had been more involved in his recruitment than she usually was. And then there had been Kokuyo, where she had spent many happy hours browsing the eclectic selection...

Compared to Mukuro's previous position, saying that coming into Millefiore & Company was easy would have been an understatement. When he'd returned to the building, he had just thought that he would be given one of the lesser jobs in managing or something of the like. Becoming the head of public relations was a rather large step from a simple bookstore manager. But he wouldn't show anything less than what he could do. He did like the challenge after all.
"Just fine, Ojou-sama. I'm touched by your concern when you so obviously have other things to keep in mind," he replied, pulling off one of his charming, though amused, smiles. Mismatched eyes took a discreet glance at Gamma before turning his attention back on the co-CEO. "And how are you faring during these times? Busy, no doubt. I hope you don't overstress yourself."

He paused his conversation, though, just once, to very discretely wrest all of the things that Uni had been carrying and take them into his own arms. It wasn't right for a girl like her to be lugging around so much without assistance.
Reply
--Uni gave up on that (or at least postponed it for later) and picked up the thread of the conversation. "Oh, I am fine as always," she said, perhaps a little more sweetly than she would have had Gamma not been in the elevator with her and Mukuro. "Mukuro-san is very kind to ask. And it certainly is a matter of concern to me to see whether my acquaintances find their work to their liking."

"Then rest assured, Ojou-sama, that the work is quite... fulfilling. Never a dull moment, though I would like to do without the copious amounts of paperwork," Mukuro mused, gesturing to the stack in his hands. "Though I shouldn't complain since you have much more than I do." His gaze shifted over to where Gamma was holding onto said papers, emphasizing his point.

Nonetheless, Gamma felt no need to contribute to the conversation. Not yet, at least.
(He did make a mental note to try and approach his princess about the principles of overworking later though.)
