It was cold.
That was the first thought that came into Marmon's mind as he woke. Lifting his head, he found that he was surrounded by darkness. He reached a hand out, searching for his mobile phone. When he found it, he glanced at the clock on the display. 7:28. Marmon yawned and ran a hand through his hair. He must have fallen asleep while writing and it was now later than he had expected to stay. Marmon had taken Haru's advice and stayed at the Vongola office, hoping to save on his electric bill (and maybe earn overtime in the process). He leaned back in his chair and looked around. It seemed as though he was the only one left in the office.
Standing up, he gathered his papers together and stuffed them into his bag. Might was well go home now, since some idiot had decided to turn off the heat in the office. When he reached the lobby, he was presented with a problem. Pushing on the glass doors, he found that they were locked. Marmon swore loudly, even though there was no one there to hear him.
After a moment of silent contemplation, he turned around and made his way to the front desk. Sifting through the papers, he found the contacts book and leafed through the pages. Finding the number he wanted, he reached out and took the phone that was sitting on the desk from it's cradle (hey, he wasn't going to waste his precious minutes if he could help it), and dialed the number.
He wished he didn't have to do this, but he wasn't sure who else could help him.
