They walk along the Thames, pausing to look across the river at the Parliament building. It seems so long ago and yet so recent that it had been sideswiped by an alien ship, courtesy of the Slitheen. To the city of London, it's been fifty years, to them only a few months. So much has changed in that short time - his body, their relationship. She shivers in the autumn chill and he drapes his coat over her shoulders. Her hand finds his, he leans in for a brief kiss, and they continue wandering, never stopping in one place for long.
I've been wanting to go to Build-A-Bear and build a new bear for a while, and today I finally decided to do it. This is what I ended up with:
It's the Doctor!
They didn't have any glasses, which was disappointing, but it's okay. He's got little bear-Chucks and pinstripes, and he's just sort of brown, so it's all good.
