Caramel children will run around
The things I learned at Bible study last night:
1. "You'll start drinking next week."
2. You're not allowed to say "suck" or "masturbation" (even when those words were used during DiscipleNow weekends across the state)
3. It's wrong to pray in a church parking lot after 11...it leads to "bad things"
4. There are untapped resources at Mercer!!
About the untapped resources...
One is just that and the other is soon to be untapped. The tapping will stop, lol. I'm so glad that Erin understands where I'm coming from. Ok, Bible study is going to be exciting in so many ways. I can't wait until next week when we start reading Case For Faith (it's an atheists story on how he became a Christian). After Bible study we went to Starbuck's, Tyler tuned my bass, and we all sang Eleanor Rigby and When I Call On Jesus on the drive home.
Next Monday=Valentine's Day which is double the excitement, lol. I thought it would be kind of depressing since I don't have anyone to share the day with, but not so much. I have little kids Valentine's Day cards to put in my Mercer friends mailboxes. I'm feeling a surge of creativity so I think I'm going to work on a scrapbook or read some good old Flannery O'Conner.
