I'm so far behind with my MoonWalk prep, it's slightly scary. I finally bought my trainers last night, I haven't even begun to think about my bra and I've done hardly any walking even though I'm supposed to be in week three of my training plan. (That last one's not entirely my fault. The weather's been pretty ropey.) It's high time I got it all back under control so I'm going to try and keep up a training diary here to help me focus. Starting now.
According to my training plan, I'm supposed to walk four miles tomorrow, do another activity for 30 minutes on Wednesday, walk another four miles on Thursday and then six miles on Saturday. I've been doing two or three miles everyday with the dog anyway so that shouldn't be too difficult. I just have to get of my backside and do it.
Hoping to report back on my progress later in the week, lj issues permitting.
In other news, the more I hear about series 6, the more I feel the need to scream WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU PLAYING AT MOFFAT?
