Cookbook Challenge, Week 7 Assignment
As I recall, there was a request for this week's assignment to be a dessert. I believe I'm the only one who owns Moosewood Restaurant Book of Desserts", but that's where mine is coming from. Since fruit is becoming available again, this week's assignment is to make a dessert using fresh fruit.
For anyone who's behind, don't worry about it. You're not being graded, and no one is going to think less of you if you don't get to an assignment or two. If you get to the ones you haven't done yet, awesome. If you don't, no worries. I'm two weeks behind, and that's ok. The last thing I want is for anyone to find this project to be a source of stress.
