In which she reaps the benefits of not working
I went to (one of) the first screenings of the Matrix Reloaded last night at midnight. This is not something I would ever consider doing when I have work on, its just not worth it for me. But as I am an unemployed bum (technically) I didn't have anything to get up for this morning so I went for it! It felt gooood! Then Denny's afterwards to ward off the 'up really late' hunger vibes, not so good as I had fries, and I had already eaten my quota of points for the day! And I put on 500g last weigh in so its not like I had leeway. Never mind, I'm going to go for a nice big walk this afternoon. I think.
I've just been emailing all my old colleagues details of my new job, only the ones I want to stay in touch with though! It feels weird that they're all still there and I'm not. But hey, different strokes right?
The cleaners are in our house and I'm busting to go to the toilet, but they're cleaning the bathroom and I'm too polite to go say anything to them! I'm getting quite uncomfortable now! Not that I'm ungrateful for having cleaners of course...
