MY INTERNET IS WORKING AGAIN!!!

is hasn't been working properly for the last week or so, and it hasn't been working at ALL for the last 2 days. So after nearly 2 hours on the phone with tech support, an hour of which was on hold, my internet once again works properly!

HOORAY!!!!!

My happiness is insurmountable.
