January
Looking back on 2014, it's pretty easy to say what the highlight of the year was for me.
February
I apparently got a small raise (45 cents) on my last paycheck, which was a nice surprise.
March
When I pulled back the curtains in my room this morning, I was almost blinded by the sun's reflection off the snow.

Lately I've been trying hard to focus on the things that I enjoy.
May
I don't think anyone anywhere ever has been as excited as Sara was last weekend, when we saw Big Trouble in Little China in the theater.

Welcome to Summer 2015, which I guess will be known in the future as the summer when Rebecca binge-watched The Good Wife.
July
Five years ago today, Rebecca published the first chapter of her first fanfiction.
August
According to my paycheck yesterday, I worked 9.8 hours of overtime this week.
September
I've decided that a good way to add more oomph to days off from work is to watch a child-actress movie that I've been wanting to see.

The weeks since our vacation have just flown by.

I can't believe that I let almost a whole month slip by without an update to this journal.

I want to try to do better at updating this journal in December than I did in November.
