Does anyone else have conversations like this?

For no real reason, here are a few snippets of recent conversations between two crazy old cat-ladies:

Sara: "Do you know how to make gifs? I want to make some gifs of Tovah and Mayim."
Me: "Yes, that's just what the internet needs -- more cat gifs."

Sara: [watching The Waltons pilot episode -- don't ask why, but we've started watching that show lately] "If this deaf girl was a Betazed, she'd be able to communicate with the Waltons telepathically."
Me: "Well obviously, she's not a Betazed."
Sara: "She could be, if there were any Waltons/Star Trek crossover fanfics. Do you think there are?"
Me: "If there's even one Waltons/Star Trek crossover, I will buy you dinner."
Lately we've been trying to bizarre fanfiction crossovers. We've certainly seen some scary weird stuff, but needless to say, there were no Waltons/Star Trek crossovers, and I didn't buy Sara dinner.

And my favorite, after I came home from the temple with four huge garbage bags filled with grocery bags. Sara: "What are going to do with that many bags?"
Me: "Cut them into plarn."
Sara: "You can't cut that many bags into plarn--"
Me: "LIKE THE WIND! Yes, I can, Miss Law! My mind and my spirit are as one!"
