Alright... for Aladdin's colors:

Remember, purple is normally a symbol of royalty--perhaps it was to hint at the future. And then the white pants. Notice that the Sultan wears white, and he's just about as innocent and good-natured as can be. I uphold that the white is symbolic for those pure at heart. "Diamond in the Rough" material, you know. ;o)

As for the Mormon stuff... I can't say I laughed. My best friend is Mormon... I won't get into it too much... I know you were just having fun. It wasn't a temple, which goes to show how much you actually know--not to sound too condescending which, oo, I really just did *sawy!* Temples are members only. It's impossible that they would allow two strangers in there. Secondly, the core difference between the Mormon faith and most Christian beliefs is just the fact that they have an additional book... That's all I'm gonna say, though. I hope Chrissy really checked her facts before she gave you guys something to giggle about.

I'm going to keep my mouth shut about some of the abstinence things, too... I think the kind of talks like you went to are pretty okay...except that they really should stress birth control anyway. And yeah, condoms don't protect you from everything and nor do they claim to. Honestly, if porn is what you like, why not? *shrugs* Many people do strange things in the heat of the moment. If you have no guilt doing it and you cause no harm to anyone else, I honestly don't see what the problem is. It's one's own business. Also, I think once a certain point is reached in a relationship, it's good to ask your partner if they are willing to please you in certain ways, or tell them what you like. It doesn't mean they have to do it, and hopefully both parties are mature enough to be honest about it and not be pressured into it... Like I said, a certain point.

Hm... Yes, I think that is about it. I do love hearing stories about how people do wait, though. Makes you feel good inside, makes you want to have that kind of special to talk about and remember and feel...

YAY FOR REBA UPDATING!!! I'M SO PROUD!!!

Also... big, bad mistake in your Abstinence #1--

"Trust me, if you're a man and she's a woman, you're not compatable. "

Did you intend for there to be a not?

Erm... I'm confused... Then if you're a man and she's a woman... you're not compatible to live together... ? Okay... *scrunchy face*

Thanks for the Aladdin tip...

I know Steph is Mormon. I don't claim to know anything about the Mormon religion. When we were in the art appreciation class the lady kept referring to their temple. I think the temple was connected to the part that we were actually in (if I remember the building correctly) so i called it all a temple. I could however, be wrong. Actually there are many differences between Mormons and Catholics. And, as an aside, I do not belive in a lot of the things the church tells me to. What was funny about the situation was the lady thought Chrissy needed this picture. But religion is another subject...

For the porn thing, it isn't necessarily true that it doesn't hurt people. When a person looks at porn, the subject starts to be dehumanized. The girl in the picture holds other women up to unreachable standards and also allows the guy to view sex whenever he wants. Sometimes, the guy may view his actual partner as a object for his usage whenever he wants. This obiviously is not what sex was intended for and can have a big effect on the relationship.
However, I am not saying that every person who looks at porn is going to fail at their relationships, but it does have a bigger effect on their thinking than most people realize.
