The doctors feel confident that the 6mm mass is a lymph node. Three of them reviewed additional mammography and performed breast ultrasound. They were attentive and compassionate. I still have to decide if I am going to ask for a biopsy or just have a follow-up mammogram in six months. I am going to wait for a less emotional time to decide ( Read more... )

I just got word that I have to go back to the hospital for additional films because the doctor did not like what he saw on my mammogram Monday. Reason says that most likely this is nothing. He will take more pictures of my left breast and will look at the area that looks suspicious and will give me the all clear ( Read more... )
