Got a facebook friend request from my stalker the other night! Yet another one, with yet another last name (the moron doesn't change his first name, like the NEW last name will fool me, and he had photos of himself this time on on his profile, so I KNOW it's him).

A few years ago my cousin and her then two year old daughter were the obsession of a stalker for almost a year. Cops here in NYC said the same thing, they finally caught him because he broke into her home and didn't touch anything that belonged to her husband or son, but stole all her panties and daughters panties and left a note that next time he would steal them. Because we have a "three strikes and your out" law( three felonies is mandatory minimum 15 years in jail) she has been able to live without fear the last few years. Hope all turns out well for you and stay safe.

I can't believe with everything this guy has said and done basically admitting to pedophilia there's nothing the cops can do - especially since you say he was hitting on you at 14. The number of times you've called the cops on him since then alone should be enough. I've experienced something similar when i was around that age, but the guy who was more or less stalking me stopped when my dad was diagnosed with cancer (as if he was afraid he'd catch it, fucker).

I know, it's fucked. Basically, he didn't say any names, and no one had accused him, so basically it could have been made up, or just "fantasy". The cops were called over a few years, so it's not like I called several times a week or anything. I had a close family friend who is a cop, so I called him as well a few times for suggestions and just so he knew what was going on. That being said, I still think it's messed up that they couldn't use any of the shit I had on him. What a dick, sorry you had something like this as well! Glad he stopped, though. Sorry to hear about your father as well, that's definitely no easy thing to see a parent go through. BIG hug!

Oh god, Em, I'm so sorry you've had to go through all of this shit. It's cases like this where it should be allowed to just shoot the asshole in the balls and be done with it. From what you've said about him the less balls that fucking pervert has the better. Ugh. God. What a vile human being. And it just sucks so damn much that the cops can't do anything. The laws governing safety and protection, especially women's, are so woefully inadequate it'd be fucking laughable if it weren't so frightening.

Thanks babe *hugs*. I'm ok, and am lucky as it could have been much worse. This is a nice place to unload though! The law is inadequate in many places, and I understand "innocent until proven guilty" but I feel when it comes to personal safety for someone being stalked/threatened it seems they are viewed as "not telling the truth until dead/maimed/harmed"

I just am disgusted that he may have abused children and gotten away with it. That gets me more than anything else. Disgusting waste of sperm asshole. Even if he hasn't, that's fucked that he'd make it up too.

On a totally different note. You up for a movie sometime?

Yeah, it's completely ridiculous. I mean on one level I get it, his appearances could in a way be explained away, but still look shady as hell. I am mad that they couldn't do anything with the letters and e-mails. I mean he admitted it. EVEN if it's made up (which I don't think it is) that is FUCKED UP and should be considered menacing. It should not be legal to make threats like that to someone.

This whole experience also makes me so mad when the media makes it seem normal for an adult man to show sexual attraction and attention to a teenage (much younger) girl. If a grown ass man wants a teenage girl, there is something fucking wrong with him, and I wish girls were taught THAT and not fed the bullshit story of "oh, she's just REALLY mature and no other grown women are that mature and understanding."

If I knew he'd never try to hurt me, I'd just forget him and be totally done. I really don't let it interfere with me for the most part. But when I hear from him it just gives me the creeps.
