I must be pretty strong then because I am in so much pain right now. I just ran my first half-marathon (13.1miles) in under 2hours this morning. my joints ache like there is no tomorrow!!
AND I have to work in the morning. I can barely walk and climbing up and down stairs to my flat is a nightmare.
Ok, so I've never done this before so I'm not quite sure how it'll turn out. I'm hoping it wont be a complete disaster that banishes the reader to total boredom, but I make no promises
