Okay this will be pretty ghetto since I am of the HTML-remedial sort. Maybe I'll spruce it up someday.
THE USUAL SUSPECTS
Jale: Oh, Jale. Hallway buddy. What does Marica think of you? Jale, you are Sieg's wingman and therefore part of the problem much of the time. She really wishes you wouldn't encourage him so much, but your many years of acquaintance with her have taught her that you're a lost cause. It's okay, though! There's that beautiful thing called habituation! She's practically numb to it!
She also loves you in that sibling kind of way, not that she ever says it outright. You don't go 15 years without growing SOME kind of attachment. Still, she worries about you and stuff when you start running into walls and dropping things. She appreciates that you've got a cool head and that you're trustworthy, but sometimes you are weird and she really has to keep an eye on you.
But at the end of the day, you're fun to be around and she wouldn't trade you for anyone. Also, your mom is awesome.
Asad: Asad! Marica thinks you're kind of cool. She thought you were SUPER cool before, but then she got to know you, and now you're just kind of cool. Also, she feels a bit sorry for you. She roots for you and your relationship with Chrodechild, but her expectations aren't very high.
Romantic endeavors aside, she has a lot of respect for you as a mage and fighter, especially since you've aided the Company so many times in the past. She's also seen that you're a man of morals, and that's something she appreciates always. She's always happy to see you, though you worry her just a little bit whenever you do that trauma face you do. You know the one.
